Burgas Bridge

The Burgas Bridge was built in 1936 next to the new municipal sea baths. It had a metal structure and wooden beams on the platform, but in the 80s of the XX century it was replaced by a massive bridge - pier. Every year on Epiphany a solemn prayer for the Christian holiday is performed from the bridge. The bishop traditionally throws the cross into the sea and brave swimmers compete for it.
