Begliktash, Primorsko

The Begliktash megalith is located in the central part of Cape Maslen, about 4-5 km from Primorsko. Archaeologists believe that the megalith dates from the V-VII century BC. The shapes of the rocks and the images found on them show that this is the sanctuary of the Egyptian god Thoth. There are several legends about Begliktash. According to one of them, the treasure of Valchan Voyvoda is buried under the megalith, according to another, Begliktash has extraterrestrial energy that makes wishes come true, and according to a third, it was a portal for conquering the human species, etc.
